The Russian Science Foundation has summed up the results of the most massive competition in the Foundation's line of small individual scientific groups.
Congratulations to the three teams that received funding for research and development:
- Investigation of the influence of stimulated radiation of the near infrared range on terahertz luminescence in semiconductor micro- and nanostructures (DA Firsov)
- New collector systems with multistage energy recovery and their application in gyrotron-type devices (OI Luksha)
- Terahertz electroluminescence in doped quantum wells (V. Shalygin)
