Three our employees (Firsov D.A., Shalygin V.A. and Vinnichenko M.Ya.) entered the dissertation council opened at RAU in the specialty «Semiconductor Physics».
Pre-defenses of dissertations will start at the Russian-Armenian University in the near future, and within 3 months the first defense of a dissertation for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences will take place.
