Within the framework of the readings at the invitation of the cluster of cells, three guest lecturers will speak, one of whom is the Nobel laureate in physics William Phillips with the report "A new Measure: the Quantum Reform of the Metric System". There will also be a poster session, and everyone is invited to participate.
