Students and postgraduate students from all over Russia are invited to participate in the Conference. There is no organizing fee. Moreover, the authors of the best presentations will be awarded with special prizes.
The scope of the Сonference:
- bulk properties of semiconductors;
- structure growth, surface, and interfaces;
- heterostructures, superlattices, quantum wells;
- quantum wires, quantum dots, and other low-dimensional systems;
- impurities and defects;
- optoelectronic and nanoelectronic devices;
- novel materials.

Deadline for the abstract submission: October 11, 2021.
Extended Abstracts
The extended abstracts in English are planned to be published in "Journal of Physics: Conference Series".
The authors interested in such a publication have to prepare an extended abstract (3-6 pages) in English, format it according to the template here and submit to the Organizing Committee till October 11, 2021.
Reviewing and selection of the extended abstracts to be published will be performed by the Program Committee.
